Internal Recruitment Specialist
Recruitment within the procurement consultancy sector
£ 20-25k with 10% performance incentive

The internal recruitment specialist is at the heart of everything we do in delivering to our clients.
The coordinator will be key to sourcing candidates, creating talent pools, interviewing, candidate management and tracking, database maintenance and matching candidates to our different client consultancy projects. This role will work closely with marketing to ensure alignment with our brand values and our social media presence.
You will be working alongside the highly experienced three co-founders and the sales and marketing team. We will support your development through training as is needed in core skills to accelerate your career path. You will already be experienced in recruitment and you will gain experience in solution development and business operations with Odesma. This role can grow in line with your capabilities.
To drive interim candidate availability for Odesma’s consultancy business
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Sourcing, selecting candidates through multiple channels
Network and advertise to potential candidates
Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
Negotiate interim staff contracts and new starter packs
Candidate management and tracking
Work closely with colleagues
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Keep up to date with all stages of the recruitment process
Have strong organisational skills and be competent in IT applications
Liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect candidate and client match.

the business as may be required

Experience and Qualifications
We are looking for an individual who is a graduate or has work experience in either recruitment, procurement, or HR
