Odesma win CIPS award 2016!
Odesma, in just it’s second year of trading, is delighted to welcome the news of a leading industry award for its World-wide consultancy programme with Aggreko plc. Beating off significant competition for the CIPS Supply Management Award, not least from Jaguar Land Rover, Odesma deployed its Everything as a Service (EaaS) model; collaboratively bringing to bear interim specialists with category and large scale programme management expertise supported by leading edge easy-to-use partner technologies from Market Dojo, Seaforth Analytics and Provalido to deliver very significant third party cost reduction globally across direct and indirect spend at Aggreko.
Supply Management made the following announcement:
“On Wednesday 14 September 2016 Odesma won the Best procurement consultancy project of the year at the CIPS Supply Management Awards.”
Over 1000 guest attended the prestigious Awards set at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane London. Respected as a benchmark for excellence, a CIPS Supply Management Award is the most prestigious recognition an organisation or individual in the procurement and supply chain profession can receive.
Judges from a wide selection of backgrounds, sectors and industries had this to say about Odesma’s work in 2016 “The winner in this category really took a collaborative approach, drawing on lots of best practice and individual expertise to bring to the party. The judges were most impressed with the timescales and the results.”
Klaus Göldenbot from headline sponsor RS Components, commented: “Procurement and supply professionals are challenged with a changing world, financial pressures and demanding stakeholders and need suppliers with a partnership mentality who can help. These awards recognise procurement and supply management excellence which is something we’re strongly committed to help deliver.”
