How to deliver a procurement change programme.
On Tuesday 20th June 2017, Odesma will be hosting their inaugural conference at the Churchill War Rooms in London.
The event, entitled “Making procurement transformation deliver” will see senior procurement professionals come together to discover how they can re-imagine their procurement function and the tools available to help them.
In addition, delegates will be able to hear from professional Triathlete Harry Wiltshire on how the positive growth mindset he uses to train can be applied in everyday business life.
All guests will have the opportunity to look round the famous Churchill War rooms museum as well as network with other senior procurement professionals. The day is set to be informative and enjoyable.
In addition, we will be presenting the results of our “Effects of Brexit on Procurement” Survey.

Harry is based in Leeds where he trains as part of a small group of athletes who have won five medals over the last two Olympic cycles. Harry has been closely involved with national and international squads that have sent athletes to every Olympics over the last 16 years, he will share with us a unique perspective on the environments and practices that have resulted in both success and failure over the development of the sport.

At the end of 2014, Brambles the World’s largest Equipment Pooling Provider with brands such as CHEP and IFCO took the decision to create a Global Indirect Procurement Team. Simon Barber has led that team from the start and his presentation talks about the creation of a strategy, designing a compelling vision for the team, the key building blocks and the various challenges encountered on the way. Simon will highlight the critical role that Odesma has played in helping to achieve success. The journey is not complete however the learnings so far are insightful.
